  • Copyright registration
  • Patent registration
  • Industrial design registration
  • Geographical indication registration

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available only for cancellations made within two (2) days of the initial service purchase. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the two-day period.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your payment details and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our Customer Support team will review your request and initiate the refund process if eligible.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be equal to the total amount paid for the service, minus any non-refundable 30% charges. 

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Government filing fees
  • Attorney fees (if applicable)
  • Third-party service fees (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days of the cancellation request approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the service purchase.
